M\u00f6gliche F\u00f6rdergegenst\u00e4nde sind dabei innovative Konzepte und st\u00e4dtebauliche Entw\u00fcrfe, Projekte zur Information und B\u00fcrgerbeteiligung sowie der Einsatz einer kommunalen Fl\u00e4chenmanagerin \/ eines kommunalen Fl\u00e4chenmanagers. Ziel ist es, inner\u00f6rtliche Fl\u00e4chen, wie Baul\u00fccken und Brachfl\u00e4chen, aber auch bestehende Leerst\u00e4nde sowie Aufstockungs- und Nachverdichtungspotenziale zu
